Garmat
Privacy & cookies
At Garmat (Garmat SpA, RUT 78.408.208-3) we handle very little personal data, and we want you to know exactly what we handle, why, and what you can do about it.

What data we handle and why
If you write to us through the form or by email: your name, email, phone, company, operation zone and the message you leave us. We use them only to reply and talk about what you bring us. We don't use them to send you advertising, and we don't share them with third parties for their own purposes.
If you accept measurement cookies: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (which pages are visited, from what kind of device, from what approximate area). This installs cookies (_ga) only if you accept them in the notice shown when you visit. If you decline, the site works exactly the same and no measurement cookie is installed.
Who else sees this data
Google processes browsing data as the provider of Google Analytics, which may involve transfers to servers outside Chile (United States), under the safeguards Google offers for these services. Form data arrives at our inbox and goes no further.
How long we keep it
Contact data, for as long as the conversation you started with us lasts and as a reasonable record of it. Measurement data is kept in Google Analytics for 2 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, rectification, deletion, objection or portability of your data whenever you want, by writing to contacto@garmat.cl. We will reply within the deadlines set by the Chilean data protection law (Law 21.719). If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with Chile's Personal Data Protection Agency.
You can also change your decision about cookies whenever you want from the "Cookies" link in the footer, which reopens this notice.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. We won't make changes that expand the use of your data without asking for your consent again.
